AJ + Jillyn's Newport Back Bay and Little Corona Del Mar Beach Engagement Session

Back in September, AJ + Jillyn came out from Arizona and we spent the most beautiful California evening at some of our favorite spots! We started out at Newport Back Bay and then headed over to Little Corona Del Mar Beach in time for an extra dreamy golden hour, which we celebrated by popping some champagne. They were so playful and sweet together and that made it so much fun to photograph them!

The pair met after they both moved to Arizona from different states to begin work at Yelp. They ended up having the exact same start date, and were placed in the same training group. They were ended up quickly becoming friends, and not long after, starting to date. AJ planned a surprise proposal on their third anniversary, back in May, which involved her cat Theo wearing a camouflage bow tie! Needless to say, her answer was a resounding YES!

We are so excited for their wedding at the Red Horse Barn right here in Huntington Beach this July!
